It's Chikara. They use shorter ring posts so the ring is much closer to the ground. Most venues Chikara runs have a very low ceiling, hence the lowered ring.
I think you're talking about the Deveraux Committee show, which is occasionally on WBGN. Quite possibly the worst wrestling show I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. That show deserves its own thread.

Devereux doesn't deserve ANY thread devoted to him, wrestling fans.
It's called Black Diamond Wrestling because, for some odd reason, Devereux is/was involved with a promotion in WV with that name.

Devereux doesn't deserve ANY thread devoted to him, wrestling fans. You're right, that show deserves its own FORUM. Preferably with tons of hilarious screencaps.

You get that much wrestling on WBGN?
Can anybody post a full list?
And I didn't know Chikara had a TV show.

Can anybody post a full list? WBGN.com has a schedule, of course since it's WBGN it's only somewhat accurate. They don't.

Slams & Jams evolved into IWA Total Impact from Puerto Rico which I think is in reruns.
The Devereax show is ok assuming Devereax himself isn't on the show. I have nothing personal against him (even though a lot of people do) since I don't know him but he just doesn't have what it takes to be an on-air host/commentator in my opinion.
I do watch the Devereax show quite frequently since it has stuff from Chikara and NWA Wildside etc. but then again for every good match on that show you get something like Iron Sheik vs. Jimmy Valient (during said match, Devereax compared his fed to that match which I thought was hilarious. What better way to build fan interest then to compare your product to two guys over 60 that can barely walk let alone wrestle?)
As for what else is on WBGN, those 2 shows and IWC is all for wrestling unless you wanna count WWE After Burn for everyone that just has to watch Smackdown twice.
Although I do like that Rita Rudner advice show.
