If you're looking for things to do, check out the Waterfront in Homestead, PA. Other than that, downtown Pittsburgh is really the only place for decent things to do around here.

Monroeville has a TON of restaurants, pretty much any major chain you can think of. Not a whole lot of nightlife, Houlihan's at Monroeville Mall is about it. Take what JTM said - the Waterfront is easy to get to from Monroeville and probably takes no more than 15 minutes tops. No strip clubs there unfortunately.

No strip club is fine just something to do afterwords. I am staying in Monroeville so the waterfront sounds like the place. 30 minutes is OK anything longer then that is not worth the hassle so if it is only 15 minutes I am in. Oh yea thanks for the info BROTHER !!!!!

All I can say is the Monroeville Mall got lots of good food to eat. I, personally, suggest Johnny Corino's. It fills you up. But there is Houlihans, like Shadow said. They got good stuff there to eat as well.

I would have recommended one of my favorite places to eat in Monroeville...Baja Fresh, but it has since closed. I think the whole franchise closed up...Monroeville, Airport. Too bad...was an excellent place for fresh Mex food. The pepper/sauce bar was excellent! ~Longtimedead Taipei/Tokyo is an excellent choice for Asian cuisine. Their sushi is excellent!

It probably closed because people realized it as a substandard clone of Qdoba, which itself is an only passable clone of Chipotle.

The Qdoba stores have been either building or recently opened around the area. How are they? The Baja Fresh stores, to my knowledge, were opened before Qdoba in our area (Pittsburgh) and closed about the time they were being built. I have not been to one(Qdoba)...but haven't heard of anyone who has been to one. Shadow? ~Longtimedead
