I don't know about anybody else but I loved that 10 man tag match between Team Hentai and Team Vegas. Plenty of mad spots and anarchy abounds. But I still wanted to see Shane Taylor hit a plancha I guarantee if that happened the universe would implode from the sheer awesomeness.

the show was good, not the best ever but definetly a solid iwc event, im sure their was alot of people who were beat and worn out after the 3hour wait for flair, i know that wasnt controllable tho but im just sayin it really wore me out, i felt like crap when it was time for the show to start, best match was gambinos/balds match. the 5 on 5 was awesome. i was really dissapointed that all those cool fan stipulations went to waste. Huge letdown, HUGE. N~Con turnin heel might have seemed like a cool idea but it just didnt seem right to me. The most exciting part of the night was when fallen angel cam out, that really was a huge suprise. i really enjoyed the show, no match was incredible but every match was definetly solid. vendetta is a disgrace to iwc, kato is so bad at wrestling but hes hilarious.

I really think IWC can really get a boost from this show. To be honest this was the first show in a long time that reminded me of why I started coming to IWC shows. What got me coming was the War Memorial Show and then every month there was at least 1 guy from TNA Or released WWE guy. Lately The shows are missing the star power to draw new fans. The local guys are great but don't draw new fans. I hope IWC starts to bring in a Name guy each month again to draw new fans. There has been tons of Wwe releases to pick from who just were on TV and would draw people to the shows.

OK I'm gonna do this by the numbers.
1. Tag Team Title Match - Match was RUINED for me.... If anyone remembers those little kids who were at Revengence 5 who kept shouting 'USE YOUR FINISHER' and "WE WANT BLOOD".... Well guess who I sat next to... The entire match kept yelling at Eric to "USE THE PEDIGREE" and "HE'S THE BIG SHOW!" I couldn't wait for the bell to ring and then I found another seat. The match itself was not bad, but from the experience watching it live... it left a lot to be desired. Again I would like to state, as I did in the Revengence thread, I have no problem with kids at these shows...Just as long as they aren't sitting anywhere near me.
2. After finding a new seat next to rzombie. Watched the Flair sgive presents toch. Really liked it. Though watching the video screen. I don't' believe the cameras were rolling so we might not see this on the DVD. Still a great sgive presents toch.
3. Sweeney vs the Surprise - Ah yes... the return of the Fallen Angel. Great match. First time seeing Daniels live and I wasn't disappointed. Look forward to SI8
4. As the above match was going on...I couldn't help but notice...Flair was walking around the back to the exit. Said hi, He said hi back. Small I know. but it was just awesome in general.
5. Denny vs Fab - I have to agree that the Stipulation thing was just rediculious. N~Con set this one up for failure for some reason. All we can do is look to see how it pans out in the future.
6. Sami/Daffney vs Delirious/Daizee - Not a bad match. knowing that Sami posted he was injured on his MySpace and no-showed an IWA-MS show, but wrestled this one, is just awesome cause I hate Ian Rotten.
7. 10 Man Tag - Not a bad match. But I thought there was way too much cluster****ing going on. You didn't' know where to look some times. Hentai's dive was just awesome. Really did want to see Taylor do a dive.
8. Intermission! - Another low point of the evening.... Highspots couldn't get their credit card machine working...and they had this really awesome Tiger Mask that I wanted to buy :'''( Did buy a Kawada T-shirt with the little money I had left, which is cool though.
9. Tag Match - Not half bad. All 4 guys really show promise. Though I do have to say "Bad Company" is probably not a great song to come out to if you are debuting cause of the full minute long intro to the song. Just my opinion.
10. Rowe vs Shiima - IMO...Match of the Night. Both guys gave it their all. Actually managed to get a "This is Awesome" Chant started. Just a really all around great contest. Both guys strengths were played well. Really have to give props to give presents to Wee and Ralphie.
11. Notorious N~Con - I had a feeling something was gonna happen the minute N~Con jumped into the ring. Didn't know it was gonna be this major, however.
12. Jimmy D/Vendetta vs The Gambino's - As far as street fights went. This one wasn't bad. I do have to say some parts did legitimate scare me. Mostly the thing with the Vendetta and the chairs and Ralphie throwing up the X. I guess I am a little squeamish about something like that legitimately happening at an event and really don't like to see it be used as part of an angle or match. Not to mention the Ladder dive/flop Jimmy took to the outside.
All in all... Not a bad show for my first year as an IWC fan. Great way to cap it off and I'm looking forward to the shows in 2009.

This was the first IWC show I've ever gone to.
Personally, I thought the Irish Airborne match was top-to-bottom the most solid match of the evening.
The 5-Man Tag match was definitely the most highlight filled.
The Manscout was hilarious.
Both of the main events were very solid.
Thoroughly enjoyable, I'm really looking forward to a February show.

Hey everyone,
This was my first show back in about 3 months, and it's been forever since I've posted here, so I figured I'd post my quick thoughts.
The tag title match was really good. Irish Airborne always impress me, as do Idol and Xtasy. Nice team work, and a seeing a fued here would be awesome. namrepus- I have to agree about the kids. They were pretty close to me, and their constant chants did get a bit distracting during this match and the main event, but ah well, they paid for tickets like we did.
The Flair thing was brief but cool. I wound up meeting the girl who Flair was talking about in his promo (who had her jeans signed) at the carriage in and she was pumped. I hope he comes back someday. I was 5th row in section B, so my pics were decent.
Sweeney vs. Daniels was really good. It was great to see the Fallen Angel as he was meant to be, and the psychology of Sweeney working the neck was done well. Super Indy is going to be amazing.
Gregory vs. Fab was solid. Gregory always impresses me on the mic and as a heel with his mannerisms in the ring. He looks like he's having fun, and that translates.
Mixed tag was OK, but who knew Daffney got so much hotter now. Guess the look in WCW took away from that. Delirious was on his game with the funny stuff, as well as the wrestling.
Intermission was so short because of the Flair thing going over, that I didn't do much. The 10 man tag was fun, and the Hentai dive was insane. He always seems to steal the show.
Shima vs. Rowe was easily my MOTN. Good conflicting styles that meshed very well. Nice heat for Rowe, who gets better every show. Same can be said for Shima. Crowd was excellent here, as were the false finishes and the heel turn.
Main event was a bit one sided, but good. Very nice table and ladder spots, really fun to watch as a fan. I think the Gambino's dominated a bit too much, but I always enjoy watching all 4 of them. It seems Jimmy 'Deeelicious' Demarco is really getting 'over', if you wheeeel.
I hope to become a regular again every month or so, now that I have a friend who likes wrestling and drives lol. Hope to meet everyone at the March 7th show.

Great show. The Gambinos and Balds killed themselves to the point where I think it might be time to calm down a little. This was the big pay-off on the big show and it delivered. Everyone can cry that so and so indy star isn't booked, but these guys are just as good and work 50x as hard when we get to see them. That goes for the majority of the IWC local talent- Shiima, Gory, Hentai, Rowe... Facade is improving every month. Shane Taylor is really fun to watch and hopefully emphasized greater in this N~Con-Rowe situation. Sami is one of my favorite guys out there and is an excellent addition to the roster. Would love to see him mix it up with Gory/Shiima/Rowe/Facade. Also, IWC has the hottest tag division on the indies right now.
No complaints.

Starting the autograph signing earlier so the show started on time comes to mind. If that many people were willing to pay that much then they would make the time to be there earlier. They wouldn't have had to stayed at the building before the show started right? Were there any chairs for the fans to sit in during the wait? I can't belive anyone would have a problem with the older folks (like Ken) taking a seat while the young'ins did the standing in line.

Bigfreaky,
If you weren't at the show, please don't comment.
I don't want to get into a big back and forth argument, but suffice to say you know much less than you purport to.
Ric was contracted for two hours...he stayed for three. Its much different to start the autograph signing earlier because of his line. The difference is GIANT. He stuck it out for every fans, and with the exception of a few complaining on here, all of the emails I have gotten have been very positive.
Also, knock the BS off on the board. Everyone.
