Nobody messes with Sarah Palin. I'm pretty sure Tina Fey did.

I hope Joe Biden comes out to ruin the ceremony and then Sarah pulls out his hair plugs. That would be awesome!

It seems they're getting some attention because of this. If it helps them out, the business prospers, only good can come from that.

I mean, it would be nice if WRESTLING would be the main draw factor of a WRESTLING Pay Per View from a WRESTLING company. Also, PPV is usually where the big bucks come in (that and of course, merch). Why....give the fans something they more or less don't care about on something they must pay for? If I were TNA, I'd do this Palin thing on free TV.. a live Impact... and then celebrate like it's '99 that I beat Vince in the ratings for ONE WEEK (thanks to political junkies, duh). At least they ain't giving her the Women's title... and now I shall pray that Russo isn't seeing that suggestion

But if you think about it, some non-wrestling factors have been used to draw before, and it has worked wonders. Mike Tyson for Wrestlemania 14 is a good example. Not a lot of wrestling fans know about TNA, and this might be a way to get their name out there. In a struggling economy where buyrates have to be down pretty steep, something like this may help them out quite a bit, despite the main draw not being wrestling. However, some may like what they see and start tuning into Impact from then on. The way I see it, it has the potential to help. Not saying it will, but the potential is there to draw a new market and keep a few of them.

Yea and when they bring her in, someone can start a storyline claiming that she is irrelevant because Alaska is not a real state anyhow (according to said heel involved).

Acctually Vince had been trying for YEARS to get Tyson into the WWF www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujcJQc_cygY#Saturday Night Main Event in 1990. Mike Tyson was supposed to be the referee of the match, Buster Douglas knocked tyson out. Douglas got the job. After Tyson was barred from fighting cause of the whole Holyfield Ear ordeal he was finally "free" enough to work for vince. Lord knows he needed the money.

ya what is up with the beautiful people inviting Palin to Genesis, she already lost the election so I dont think too many people would tune in just to see Palin, do they really expect Palin to lower herself to TNAs level or is it just a joke or somethan idk but either way its its probally one of the dumbest storylines ever
