well I know a few people mainly Jason can do a standing moonsault..well I tried doing a moon sault off a chair on to a mattress I did it..just to make sure it wasen't luck..I did it again...perfect...well then I took one mattress off and stood on it and did a back hand spring...then I got off the mattress tried it..landed on my head..my question is...what did I do wrong when I did it off the mattress?

The mattress is not a solid surface buddy. When you push down to get your jump the mattress pushes down too.

I know it's diffrent on a mattress but like should I jump higher or somthing?

I don't need to be trained...it just be like a gymnistic practicing for an event... Even gymnasts run the risk of suffering serious injuries, serious enough to end their career. What you're doing now is really dangerous, not to mention pretty stupid. You're running the risk of ending your wrestling career before it even gets started. Wait the 5 more years until you can get into a ring with TRAINED PROFESSIONALS
